I wore this outfit last Friday evening for a quick getaway to Napa for the night. This amazing white fringe sweater has been on repeat all summer (you may recognize it from my Portugal posts) and it’s currently on major sale in both white and black!! You can also find the awesome dress version here and many similar sweaters linked below (because I just love the style so flipping much):
My sweater is by a local San Francisco brand, Amour Vert, which I discovered earlier this summer. Their pieces are made from all eco-friendly, sustainable materials and I don’t know how they do it, but the fabrics are hands down the softest things I’ve ever felt. Just wait ’til you touch one of their t-shirts. Absolutely insane. I’m eyeing this adorable striped dress, this tie-front top, and this perfect long-sleeve tee.
I snagged these J. Brand frayed-hem ripped skinny jeans on sale a few weeks ago, and they’ve been on constant rotation ever since. As you may remember, I styled them in this post with a nude leather jacket and lace-up flats. The length of the jeans fit me perfectly without alteration, but over the weekend I had a reader ask advice on how to alter them because they came too long for her. The beauty of unfinished hems is that you can actually just cut them to whatever length you want with a scissors—no tailor required! Trendy and cost-effective for ze win.
